Not receiving emails from Heelix?

If you or your team aren't receiving our emails - for example, if your team didn't receive their invitations - chances are they are getting blocked by your company's firewall or security policies. 

Please ask your IT team to whitelist anything from @heelix.com. If they need specific email addresses please ask them to enable notifications@heelix.com, noreply@heelix.com, support@heelix.com and hello@heelix.com.
